Cancellation Policy
We understand that sometimes circumstances may require you to cancel or reschedule your appointment, and we strive to accommodate guests to the best of our abilities. However, to ensure fairness to both parties, we have implemented the following cancellation policy:
1. Cancellation or rescheduling requests should be made at least 24 hours prior to your scheduled appointment. This allows us to offer the time slot to other clients who may be waiting.
2. If you need to cancel or reschedule less than 24 hours before your appointment, a cancellation fee of 50% of the service cost will be charged.
3. No-shows (failure to arrive for your appointment without prior notice) will result in a cancellation fee equal to the full service cost. This fee is necessary to cover the time and resources allocated for your appointment.
4. In case of emergencies or unforeseen circumstances, we understand that last-minute cancellations or rescheduling may be necessary. We kindly request that you inform us as soon as possible, and we will do our best to work with you.
Please note that repeated cancellations or no-shows may require prepayment or a deposit to secure future appointments.
